  • 3,000 square feet of beautiful museum space
  • 225 maximum occupancy (at any one time)

Reception/
Party Rates

  • $400 – 2 Hour Minimum during Regular Museum Hours
    (9-5pm Mon – Fri) and
    $200/hour thereafter.
    $1,000 maximum.

  • $450 – 2 Hour Minimum after Museum Hours
    (after 5pm & weekends) and
    $225/hour thereafter.
    $1,200 maximum

  • $200 – Security Deposit to be refunded in full after the event and if no damage occurs

Meeting Rates

 

  • Meeting Rates are for meetings only – not parties – limited to 1⁄4 of the gallery space:

  • $60 – 2 Hour Minimum during Regular Museum Hours and $30/hour thereafter

  • $80 – 2 Hour Minimum after Regular Museum Hours and $40/hour thereafter

  • (a limited number of tables and chairs may be available with early reservation)

Art Studio Rental

  • Art Studio Rental for special art classes or birthday parties
  • Same as Meeting Rates
Additional Space Rental
  • When renting the SAM Gallery, it is also possible to rent the Chapman Center Plaza, Theater Lobby and Meeting Rooms if they are available. See contact information below and call for rates and rental agreements.
