No Vacancies

Community-Wide Public Art Exhibition
Downtown Spartanburg Spring 2014

No Vacancies is a collaborative public art exhibition that will transform several vacant commercial spaces on Main Street in downtown Spartanburg from dark and empty to visually stunning and vibrant. Under the facilitation and collaboration of art and design faculty  from the three local colleges and SAM, art student teams will visually address the concept of No Vacancies - by filling the void. Click here for a downloadable version of the No Vacancies walking map.

In collaboration with Converse College, USC Upstate, and Wofford College.

Special thanks to the South Carolina Arts Commission for providing us with the One Time Project Grant which will help make this exhibition a success.
